Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

PaidVests Demo (“we”, “us”, “the platform”) provides an online earn-and-advertise service where members view ads, collect XP, claim level-based daily earnings, use optional deposit and withdrawal features, purchase advertising, and participate in a one-level referral program.

By registering, logging in, or using any part of the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our platform rules. If you do not agree, do not use PaidVests Demo.

2. Accounts & eligibility

Registration

You must provide accurate username and email information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

One account per person — multiple accounts policy

Unless we approve otherwise in writing, each natural person may maintain only one PaidVests Demo account. This rule applies regardless of device, browser, IP address, household, or payment method used.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Creating a second account after a ban, warning, or limit on your original account.
• Operating “main” and “alt” accounts to multiply free ads, XP Mine axes, or daily earnings slots.
• Registering accounts for family members, friends, or third parties unless you are authorized and we have approved it.
• Using shared devices or networks to run several earning accounts under different identities.
• Self-referring through alternate accounts or referring accounts you control or benefit from.
• Selling, renting, or transferring accounts to bypass limits or referral rules.

We may detect linked accounts through login patterns, IP and device signals, wallet addresses, referral trees, payment identifiers, and other anti-abuse data. If we determine accounts are connected or operated by the same person, we may merge, suspend, or permanently close all related accounts, void XP and referral earnings obtained through abuse, and withhold or reverse balances tied to violations.

If you believe your account was flagged in error, contact us with a clear explanation. We are not obligated to restore duplicate accounts even when only one was actively used.

Age & jurisdiction

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) and allowed to use online earning services where you live. You are responsible for complying with local laws.

Account security

Notify us promptly through Contact Us if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require identity or activity verification before restoring access or processing payouts.

3. Platform overview

PaidVests Demo combines several earning and spending features:

• Earn XP — watch free sponsored ads for XP (no cash payout from free ads alone).
• XP Mine — daily free axe claims that award random XP based on your level.
• Daily earnings — level-based USD batches released after admin distribution; claimed by watching ad slots.
• Deposits — add funds to your purchase balance to buy advertising.
• Withdrawals — request payout from your earnings balance to supported crypto methods.
• Buy ads — run banner/view campaigns that deliver traffic to your URL.
• Referrals — earn commission when direct referrals make qualifying purchases or claims.

Features, limits, rates, and availability may change. Amounts shown in your dashboard and on public pages at the time of use are authoritative for that action.

4. XP, levels & wallets

Experience points (XP)

XP is a platform metric used to determine your level and eligibility for daily earnings distribution. XP is not cash and cannot be withdrawn directly. XP may be deducted when a daily earnings batch is created for your account (see Section 7).

Levels

Your level is calculated from lifetime XP and determines your daily earnings amount when a batch is distributed. Higher levels unlock larger daily claim values and additional XP Mine axes. Level requirements and bonuses are listed on the dashboard and levels page.

Two balances

• Purchase balance — used for deposits and buying ad campaigns (and related referral commissions).
• Earnings balance — receives daily earnings claims and referral commissions from daily claims; used for withdrawals and optionally for ad purchases.

Purchase and earnings balances are separate by design. Transferring value between them outside normal platform features (deposits, claims, commissions, approved adjustments) is not permitted.

5. Free ads (Earn XP)

Free ads let members earn XP by viewing sponsored content. Key rules:

• Up to 10 free ad views per member per UTC calendar day.
• Each view awards up to 10 XP, subject to a daily XP cap of 100 XP from free ads.
• You must keep the ad page open for the full timer (currently 15 seconds) before claiming.
• Each ad may be claimed once per day per account.
• Free ad views award XP only — they do not pay cash and do not generate referral commission.

Attempting to skip timers, automate views, refresh claims, or manipulate ad delivery may result in forfeiture of XP and account action.

6. XP Mine

The XP Mine is a daily mini-game where you spend free “axes” to claim stones on a grid and receive random XP.

• Members receive 3 base axes per day, plus +1 axe per level (up to level 11).
• Axes and the quarry grid reset at midnight UTC each day.
• Each stone can be mined once per day; XP amounts scale with your level.
• Special outcomes (e.g. Big strike, Sensational) are random, subject to daily limits and published odds on the mine page.
• XP Mine rewards are XP only — not cash — and do not generate referral commission.

7. Daily earnings

How batches work

After admin runs daily distribution (typically around 20:00 (8:00 PM UTC)), eligible members receive a personal earnings batch based on their current level. Creating a batch deducts the required XP from your account (generally proportional to the USD value of the batch).

Claiming slots

• Batches contain multiple ad slots (aligned with the free ads daily limit: 10 slots).
• You must watch each ad for the required view time before claiming that slot.
• Slots must be claimed in order. Each slot pays a portion of the batch total to your earnings balance.
• Batches stay open until the next daily distribution. Unclaimed value from expired batches is forfeited when admin distributes again.
• Only one active batch per UTC day per account under normal operation.

Eligibility

You must meet level, XP, and account-standing requirements at distribution time. Banned accounts, insufficient XP, or members who already received a batch for that date may be skipped.

8. Deposits

• Deposits add funds to your purchase balance via enabled payment gateways (e.g. FaucetPay, PayKassa when available).
• Minimum deposit: $1 · Maximum deposit: $10000 (USD equivalent unless stated otherwise).
• Deposits are credited after payment confirmation. Pending or failed payments are not credited.
• Deposits are for purchasing advertising on the platform. They are not a stored-value guarantee of future earnings.

9. Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed from your earnings balance only.
• Minimum withdrawal: $5.
• Supported methods include: USDT TRC20, USDT BEP20, LTC, ETH, BNB, TRX, DOGE, XRP.
• You must submit a valid wallet address for the selected network. Incorrect addresses may result in permanent loss of funds.
• Submitted amounts are locked while a request is pending review or payment.
• We may delay, reject, or reverse withdrawals suspected of fraud, policy violations, or chargeback-related activity.
• Processing times depend on review queues and payment providers; published payment proofs reflect completed payouts.

You do not need to deposit or refer others to request a withdrawal, provided you have a sufficient earnings balance and meet all verification requirements.

10. Advertising & campaigns

Members may purchase banner/view campaigns to promote an approved URL:

• Payment may come from purchase balance or earnings balance.
• Purchases from purchase balance may grant bonus XP (currently 1,400 XP per $1 spent, when enabled).
• Referral commission on ad purchases is paid only when the referral pays from purchase balance (see Section 11).
• Ads must link to lawful content. No malware, phishing, illegal goods, hate, adult without compliance, or deceptive funnels.
• We may pause, reject, or remove campaigns that violate policy or harm members.
• View delivery depends on inventory and member activity; we do not guarantee a specific conversion rate.

11. Referral program

PaidVests Demo operates a level 1 (direct referral only) commission program. Multi-level or chain referrals are not supported unless explicitly added in writing.

Commissions

• 20% when a direct referral buys ad packs paid from purchase balance — credited to your purchase balance.
• 7% when a direct referral collects daily earnings slot payouts — credited to your earnings balance.
• No commission on free XP ads, XP Mine rewards, or ad purchases paid from earnings balance.

Referral links & tracking

Referral codes are assigned at registration. Optional ?src= campaign codes help track traffic sources. Self-referrals, cookie stuffing, incentivized misleading signups, and fake accounts are prohibited. Promotional materials must not guarantee income or misrepresent PaidVests Demo.

12. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, auto-clickers, VPN/proxy farms, or emulators to fake ad views or mine actions.
• Operate multiple accounts, linked “alt” accounts, or refer yourself through alternate identities (see Section 2).
• Attempt to hack, scrape, reverse engineer, or overload platform systems.
• Harass staff, spam support, or submit fraudulent payment or withdrawal requests.
• Upload or advertise illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
• Sell, transfer, or share accounts without our written approval.
• Misrepresent PaidVests Demo in referral or public promotions.

13. Enforcement & termination

We may warn, suspend, ban, withhold balances, reverse transactions, or terminate accounts that violate these terms, applicable law, or fair-use expectations — including multiple-account abuse, bot activity, and referral fraud. Serious or repeated abuse may result in permanent closure without payout of disputed balances.

When multiple accounts are linked to the same person or scheme, enforcement may apply to every account involved, not only the account where the violation was first detected.

You may stop using the platform at any time. Outstanding pending withdrawals will be handled according to review status and these terms.

14. Emergencies, harmful activity & service suspension

Right to pause or stop operations

PaidVests Demo reserves the right to suspend, limit, or fully stop platform operations at any time when we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the service, our members, our staff, payment partners, or the integrity of the program.

When suspension may occur

This includes, without limitation:

• Security incidents, hacking attempts, data breaches, or suspected unauthorized access.
• Large-scale bot attacks, ad fraud, withdrawal abuse, or coordinated multi-account schemes.
• Payment processor failures, chargeback waves, or liquidity constraints affecting payouts.
• Server outages, hosting failures, database corruption, or critical software defects.
• Natural disasters, war, civil unrest, internet backbone failures, or other force majeure events.
• Legal orders, regulatory inquiries, or requirements to preserve evidence during an investigation.
• Any activity we deem harmful to PaidVests Demo, its advertisers, or its community.

Effect on members during suspension

During a full or partial shutdown we may, without prior notice:

• Disable logins, ad views, XP Mine, daily claims, deposits, withdrawals, and ad purchases.
• Freeze balances, pending batches, referral commissions, and advertising campaigns.
• Cancel or postpone daily earnings distribution until operations can safely resume.
• Perform maintenance, backups, audits, or rollback of suspicious transactions.
• Extend review times for withdrawals and support tickets.

We will use reasonable efforts to restore service when conditions allow and to communicate major outages through the website or news page. We are not liable for losses arising from necessary suspensions, including missed daily claims, expired batches, delayed withdrawals, or paused campaigns.

Permanent closure

In extreme cases — such as sustained fraud, insolvency, irreparable technical failure, or legal prohibition — we may permanently discontinue the platform. If that happens, we will handle remaining member balances according to available funds, verification status, and applicable law, but we do not guarantee full recovery of all balances in a disaster or wind-down scenario.

15. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

PaidVests Demo is provided “as is”. Earning amounts, XP rates, distribution schedules, and feature availability may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific income, or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, crypto network fees, or user error (such as wrong wallet addresses). Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 30 days before the claim, if any.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

16. Privacy, taxes & general provisions

Privacy & data

We collect and use account, activity, and payment-related data to operate the platform, prevent fraud, and process transactions. Do not share passwords or sensitive wallet keys in support tickets.

Taxes

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on earnings, commissions, or advertising activity in your jurisdiction. PaidVests Demo does not provide tax advice.

Intellectual property

The PaidVests Demo name, logo, site design, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or republish platform materials except through approved referral tools.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these terms, harmful advertising content, or multi-account abuse.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections continue in full effect.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service, platform limits, commission rates, or feature rules. Material changes may be announced via the site or news page. Continued use after updates are posted constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, stop using the platform and contact us regarding any pending balance.
